> Job Description:
> This is a full-time, dedicated position. The major deliverables for the person in this position include:

> § Analysis customer needs and generate customer requirements in support of Wireless Appliance Test projects and investigations. This will requires balancing business and technical analysis with interpretation of customer inputs and feedback.
> § Initial development and ongoing update of customer using model and detail needs. May dedicate to a specific on market segment.
> § Delivery VIP visits to strategic important customers for forward product strategy sharing or collaboration.
> § Support customer collaboration programs.
> § Monitor and analysis emerging technologies and evaluate/determine business opportunities.

> Qualifications:
> Minimum skills and knowledge:
> § Bachelors or Master Degree of E.E., or telecommunications or equivalent
> § Strong technical background on wireless communications, very knowledgeable on TD-SCDMA technology including physical layer parameters, protocol stacks and its related measurements.
> § Strong business background, very knowledgeable on mobile handset market and its trend.
> § Able to communicate clearly and comprehensively in written and oral both in English and Mandarin
>
> Desired skills and knowledge:
> § Able to quickly acquire an in-depth knowledge of technology, customer, market, competitive and business situations and deliver sustainable customer requirements to support R&D investments.
> § Establishes and build on-going customer relationships in line with identified target segments.
> § Effectively communicates orally and in writing on business, strategy, technical, product, and solution issues with both customers and internally at all levels
> § Able to lead and deliver results from a position of influence as opposed to hierarchical power
> § Able to work cross-organizationally, form and nurture strong teams, and have a reputation as a strong team player
> § Judgment to make sound business recommendations
> § Works effectively in areas of high ambiguity
> § Ambassador like quality that supports collaboration and internal teamwork across organizations
