Recruitment
招聘：

?Select recruiting channel, advertise the vacancies, screening the resume of the candidates
?选择招聘渠道，发布职位信息，挑选应聘者简历
?Arrange the candidates screening process
?安排应聘者的甄选过程
?Coordinate the orientation process and procedures of new recruits, familiarize them quickly with DHL culture
?协调新员工入职手续，使其尽快融入DHL的企业文化

Training & Development
培训和发展：

?Conduct training needs analysis of HOC, assist HR manager to design annual training plan
?进行培训需求调查，协助人力资源经理设计年度培训计划
?Coordinate with National training executive to execute training and development programs for employee, facilitate intra-functional and inter-functional training
?和全国培训专员协调为员工提供相关培训和发展项目，协调所在部门内部和跨部门的培训
?Responsible for manage management trainee program of the HOC
?负责总部管理项目的管理
?Update the training record, assist HOC HR manager to conduct post training evaluation
?更新培训记录，协助总部人力资源经理进行培训后的效果评估
?Assist Country HR manager to implement company employee career development system
?协助总部人力资源经理实施员工职业发展体系

Performance Management
绩效管理：

?Coordinate annual performance planning, performance review and performance evaluation of HOC function departments, ensure compliance with national performance management policy and framework and correct utilisation of relevant performance management tools
?协调总部职能部门的年度绩效计划，绩效回顾和年度绩效评估，确保遵从全国的绩效管理政策和框架，正确运用绩效管理相关的工具

Qualifications任职要求：

?Degree
?大学本科学历
?Professional HR affiliations (HR Institute of Management or equivalent)
?人力资源管理或管理类相关专业
?Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
?软件操作技能（Word, Excel和PowerPoint等）
?Excellent language skills (English and local language)
?出色的语言表达技能（英语与当地语言）
