Main purpose of this exciting role:
Communicate closely with your assigned customers
Tailor orientation and home search programs, based on their individual needs
Accompany Expatriates and their families on orientation and home search services.
Negotiate assertively with landlords and developers, on behalf of our customers
Complete all of the administration required (both external and internal) for professional completion of each case
Follow up on services provided on a regular basis
Surpass the service expectations of all your customers.
Requirement:
Our IDEAL candidate is a native English speaker, and preferably speaks Mandarin Chinese.Third languages such as French or German are considered an advantage.Ideally, you will either have a Real Estate, or a comprehensive customer service background.You will need to be able to multitask, with good problem solving skills, and have an understanding of conflict management.
Above all, you must be enthusiastic about customer service, and truly love to delight your customers.You will be someone who enjoys meeting new people, and has empathy for families that are going through the relocation process.
You will work Saturdays when required, and working into the evening may occur on a regular basis during peak times of the year.
