职位描述: Responsibilities:
Support sales activities on aspects of order processing, logistic coordination and accounts receivable.
Maintain database, master lists, statistics and essential files on pertinent sales information including status reports, etc.
Maintenance of Dept. documentation
Arrange shipments of goods and travel / accommodation of personnel
Maintain and improve relationships with customers via frequent phone calls
Provide secretarial supports to Application Engineering
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Business / English / Marketing
Good command of English and computer software
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, smart for problem solving, and sense of responsibility
Eager to be over-loaded
