Are you a bright and outgoing Receptionist looking for a new challenge?
SRS2 China is looking for a motivated Receptionist to join its vibrant and energetic team. As the “face” of SRS2 China, your day will be both busy and varied and your prime responsibilities will be:
-Meet and greet clients and candidates politely and professionally
-Ensure all calls and queries are dealt with speedily and efficiently
-Set up meeting rooms and regularly update company documents: telephone extension lists, addresses etc.
-Book all couriers, taxis, ticket and hotel.
-Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times
-Provide assistance with general HR & Admin duties
You will ideally have 1 year's solid reception experience and match the following skills:
-Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Good English written and oral communication
-Multi-tasking – strong organizational skills
-Good attention to detail
