职位描述: WW Serviceability Position
Job Descriptions:
Be the WW lead for Serviceability reporting, management system and driving improvement across the entire supply chain.
Weekly working closely with other department members and Geo serviceability teams to review detailed data and trends, and be required to make charts, analyze data and work with the teams, to create the weekly package
Review the core GSC metrics / results and key workstream reviews each week with the SVP of the GSC and all of other executives
Drive supply chain improvements across all Geo’s
Be the single point of contact and representing the WW GSC for all questions and results on Serviceability.
Be required to prepare multiple presentations for all levels of Lenovo executives and to keep the management teams informed on anything items relating to serviceability.
Responsible for making, based on the data, projections for future results. and to be proactive across the Geo teams identifying area’s of concern to prevent a drop in future performance
Run and manage the weekly executive Serviceability Council
Requirements:
Very Strong communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
Familiar with Supply Chain operations
Broad Scope – working with all WW Geo’s (AG, EMEA,AP, China)
Excellent organization skills
Strong interpersonal skills (works well with others)
Strong presentation skills (multiple weekly executive presentations required)
Project Management Skills
Knowledge of Data manipulation is critical
Familiar with Power point / Excel Spreadsheets / Brio
