Job Title: Customer Service Operations Assistant (Intern)
Department / Org: GCR Customer Service Group

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing support to Operations team and the group that result
s in the group being able to effectively manage their business:

-Support operations with weekly/monthly reports and filing.
-Assist with Projects as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Good English written and oral communication skills
2. Familiar with productivity tools such as Visio, Excel, Access/SQL, Word, Po
werPoint, etc and have experience in editing digital images
3. Major in Computer Science or EE related is preferred but not limited
