Job Title : Business Support Analyst
BU/Dept. : Transaction Banking 现金管理与贸易融资部
Reporting to : VP, Product Management
Location : Shanghai
Intern Salary : 10yuan/hour
Job Summary:
Promote the bank's broad range of products, including both commercial and fina
ncial institution products, to existing and prospective clients by ensuring ef
fective access to client at all appropriate levels (including alignment with t
he relevant product partners and senior management within the Bank).
Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve the overall Transaction Banking PfC for China
• Work with relevant Client BU stakeholders (mainly Financial Institutio
ns) to distribute the Cash/Trade Management products; support the client BUs t
o translate the qualified opportunities into a win mandate.
• Support the network by translating the referrals into revenue.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to ide
ntify market requirements and opportunities; translate opportunities into busi
ness requirements
• Work with product management to identify STP opportunities and enhance
ment
• Work with product management operation to formulate the required SLA a
nd measure the actual performance
• Maintain the required MIS to track the team performance on a regular/a
d hoc basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master Degree/University Degree education level, preferable majored in
Business Management/Economics/Finance
• Systematic., objective and process driven approach to business
• Independent with high drive
• Good inter-personal skills
• Good command of English with the ability to read/write Chinese
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Good team player
