Responsibility/Authority :
Supplier development
Project managment according APDS
Give support to improvement projects 6 sigma , 5S en 8-D teams
Continuous improvement for serial- and new products
Regular communication between VOG en Autoliv technical centers
Building up network within ALV organisation
Define product specifications including the interpretation of legal and OEM specifications.
Give support to quotations B: MD is reponsible)
Up-date and reporting articles in IMDS
Coordinate with Purchasing Director VOG supplier development
Keep overview on Asian market developments
Specfic knowledge:
Specifications
Regulations; safety-and legal
Statistical program
Quality tools
Administrative programs
APDS
Weaving principles
Dye principles
Testing equipment
BOM's
Project planning and budget
Cost analysis / calculation of prices
Quality tools like FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, capaability studies
Communication:
English and local language in writing and Verbal demanded,
Specific personell skills:
Strong analytical ability
Excelent communication skills
Punctuality en reliability
Job level demands:
Higher education in engineering
Computer skills (Microsoft Word Excel etc..)
Willing and able to travel
