- 职位描述：

Responsibilities:
1. Sample and Production controlling for garments in factories.
2. Directly daily reporting to Merchandising and technical department about output and quality problems.
3. Holding of Pre-Production meetings (explanation of product to the factories).
4. Improvement of workmanship together with factory QC.
5. Responsibility for final inspections.
6. Help to provide detailed information about factories to the Management of Company.
7. Create a smooth workflow between company and the factories.
8. Implementing and guiding of factories to reach company standards.
Requirements:
1. Strong technical garment/textile background in factories.
2. Knowledge of pattern making and sampling.
3. Used to European fashion standards.
4. Experienced in guiding workers.
5. Tailoring and Patterning experience.
