Role description: 1. The role of test developer trainee is to design, implement and maintain embedded test program used to test mobile phones. 2. You are responsible for embedded test program development; 3. You are responsible for testing embedded test program and enhance test mode; 4. You are responsible for providing embedded test program API to test station responsibilities.
Operational responsibilities 1. Communicate with hardware requirement manager to finalize requirement; 2. Test ETP/ETM functions; 3. Implement ETP/ETM features; 4. Create and maintain ETP/ETM design documents; 5. Create and maintain ETP/ETM user reference documents; 6. Report progress to direct manager; 7. Fix bugs; 8. Understand SW, HW, Industrialization development processes and follow them; 9. Disciplinary reporting to SW Integration and CM group.
Development responsibilities 1. Accumulate knowledge and skills for different platforms, such as TI, PHILIPS, QUALCOMM, EMP, INFINEON, FREESCALE, COMMIT, etc.
Requirement / qualification: eg. Degree, major, age, skill, working experience… 1. Knowledge and experience of C, C++; 2. Knowledge and experience of Windows Programming; 3. Knowledge about software and hardware development processes; 4. Experience in device driver development on Embedded Platform; 5. General knowledge of Mobile Phone technology (GSM, CDMA, GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, WAP, SMS, BT); 6. Familiar with CLEARCASE; 7. Results and change orientated; 8. Customer focus; 9. Team work oriented; 10. Fluent spoken and written English. 11. Have one year for trainee or as your thesis, master student preferred.
