职位类型:实习生
每周工作时间：[4-5 ]天，[不包括 ]周六和周日

职位要求:
1． English CET-4 or above preferred
2． Associate's degree in computer science or related degree
3． Good English written and oral communication skills
4． Familiar with Microsoft OS (Windows XP, win 20000) and Office applications

5． Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting

6． Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN and PBX system management
7． Strong commitment to customer service to internal customers
8.         Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-tech
nical personnel


岗位职责：
1.  Provide help desk services which includes PC Setup & Software installatio
n
2.  Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
3.  Printer setup and Troubleshooting
4.  Manage basic account information like account and employee information
5.  Contact vendor for PC maintenance
6.  Maintain PBX and phone related system and devices.
