Sallmanns was originally established in Melbourne, Australia in the early - 
1950's and became a prominent real estate firm. It eventually underwent a 
public listing, opening offices in London and Hong Kong. Following a group 
restructuring in 1990 the present majority shareholder took over and expanded 
the group's Asian operations. Today Sallmanns has offices in Bangkok, Beijing, 
Fuzhou, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Singapore with 
affiliates in Seoul and Tokyo. The group is headquartered in Hong Kong from where its 
strategic decisions are taken..

From its beginning as a firm of chartered surveyors dealing with real estate, 
machinery and equipment, Sallmanns has evolved from intangible, business and 
financial valuations for an increasing number of purposes.

Our Real Estate Division offers professional services in relation to Valuation,
 Development and Advisory Services, Investment Agency and Office Leasing 
Agency. With the support from the regional office network, our services cover 
the Asia-Pacific Region and Greater China.

RE (物业估值部)                评估助理 实习生

★主要职责：
1、协助相关部门项目经理、评估师进行资产评估的辅助工作-评估资料整理分析、现场勘
察等，有时需要出差；
2、协助完成评估报告的撰写

★任职要求：
1)  语言：英语听、说、读、写优秀，标准普通话；
2)  专业：工民建、房地产、评估、土木工程、工程造价、金融、财经、数量经济、机械
设备等相关专业毕业；
3)  学历：在读本科生（大二到大四）
4)  基本保证每周三天以上的工作日
5)  具有团队合作精神、有工作热情；
6)  熟练运用MICORSOFT WORD 和EXCEL、PowerPoint 等计算机办公软件
7)  综合能力突出者，部分聘用条件可以放宽。
