北京市环中律师事务所拟招聘律师、律师助理的要求如下：
1．长期从事前述法律事务的决心和志趣；
2．具有责任感、事业心以及开拓创新、团队合作精神，擅长沟通和交流；
3．有国内著名或国外大学的法学硕士以上学位，能力极强者不限此条件；
4．有出色的法律研究能力；
5．精通英语，能用英语进行沟通、法律研究、写作；
6．同等条件下，有工作经验者和律师执业证者优先。
