职位描述: PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP enjoys a leading position in global Public Sector Industry, with a proven solution used by many of the world's largest steel companies. To extend this success to China, SAP China is now starting to build a public sector dedicated team and looking for an Account Executive to drive the sales of this important market.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Bachelor's degree is required
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Proficient in both written and spoken English
-Proactive, motivated and self-driven
-Strong team spirits
-Able to work independently and under pressure
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Relationship Management
-Build strong customer relationships by consistently setting realistic expectations early in each sales campaign and meeting or exceeding those expectations through successful execution of SAP's Customer Engagement Lifecycle (CEL) Model.
-Facilitate customer satisfaction through the proper deployment of the appropriate SAP resources to successfully execute the CEL. Build and maintain successful business relationships with SAP strategic partners.
Opportunity Management
-Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of CEM.
-Position SAP to win sales opportunities by executing and communicating effective selling strategies.
-Maintain an accurate and documented pipeline of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to SAP management.
WORK EXPERIENCE
-Solution selling experience in Public Sector industry including government, defense, healthcare, or higher education is must
-Experience in ERP market with a proven sales record will be a additional advantage
