职位描述：
Responsibilites:
Be fully accountable and responsible for shift production (Barrier Lines, Printing and Bagmaking) of Cryovac plant.
Support Plant's Environment, Health & Safety Programs and ensure that all plant facilities and practices comply with local and corporate environmental, health and safety requirements.
Maintain continuous improvement in the operating cost efficiency of the equipment and facility.(Rates,yields,quality)
Training of Process Technicians and Shift Leaders
Requirements:
Education
Candidate must possess a College degree in a relevant field.
English to level CET4-6
Personal Attributes/Other Skills Requirement
Hands on, willing to work long hours, be energetic, enthusiastic and have the capacity to apply extra effort when the occasion demands.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure in a team environment.
Physically fit.
Very good arithmetic skills
Understanding of basic engineering principles.
Work location :Shanghai Qingpu area
