Job Description: This job is to be performed by an Assistant who is responsible for working closely with clients and answering questions related to securities trading as a first tier support. Securities trading questions may range from trading policies and rules to simple technical problems such as downloading trading software, Internet usage, use of trading software, etc. He/She will also identify technical problems and submit them to second tier support. He/She will keep logs on all client questions and follow up clients with the resolution of those problems. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
Answer client phone calls in a call center; Answer client questions related to securities trading; Identify technical problems and submit them to second tier support for resolutions. Record and follow the resolutions of submitted problems; Help clients to resolve simple technical problems related to internet use, file download, etc.
B.S. degree, major in finance or computer science is a plus; Working experiences as a customer support is a plus; Working experiences in securities trading is a big plus
