Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skill
2. Good telephone manner
3. Basic knowledge in telecommunication field
4. Fluent both in spoken and written English
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office(word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. At least 3-4 working days per week
7. At least 4 months for internship
Main jobs:
1. Outbound calls for telesurvey/event invitation/leads generation
2. Key in feedback forms
3. Assist marketing activities
