职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and innovation in radio communication or related area
Responsible for pre-study of edging cutting broadcasting/multicast techniques including
protocol/algorithms design, analysis, simulation in radio communication
Theoretical analysis and prototype design
Contribution to patent, standardization and paper
REQUIREMENTS:
Ph.D in radio/wireless communication related area
Familiar with C/C++, MATLAB, CCSS and Opnet
Familiar with broadcast/multicast key techniques based on OFDM/MIMO or more advanced techniques
Knowledge about 3GPP Specification is preferred
Familiar with FPGA and DSP design in communication system is preferred
Excellent verbal and written English, CET-6 or above
High responsibility, dedication and team spirit
