Responsibility:
-Application programming base on B/S, B/S/S and C/S
-Customer requirement analysis, design, application and cell test
-Write correlative technical document
-Installation test and train in customer site
-Before sales support
-Internal network administrator and maintainRequire:
-University Degree or above in computer science, telecommunication or other Related majors
-Significant understanding of SQL\Oracle database, proficient in C/C++, ODBC (database programming with VB or VC)
-At least 1 year experience in tech-support
-Familiar with Hardware and Software trend of IT area
-Network Administration and PBX background
-Must have good verbal, reading and writing skills in English or Japanese Additional advantages
-CTI experience
-Familiar with application program of Call Center area-Working experience in NT (installation, networking setup, troubleshooting)

-至少2年技术支持工作经验
-熟悉IT领域软件，硬件的发展趋势
-有网管经验和交换机维护经验-英语或者日语的读、写、说能力
-CTI经验-熟悉呼叫中心的应用开发
-有NT 或Win2000的工作经验（包括安装网络设置和维修故障的能力）
