职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Keep work instructions (Manufacturing book) updated when new PRI or exemptions are released.
2.Design layout for the prototype/production area.
3.Conduct FMEA meeting and if needed to conduct DOE.
4.Participate in continuous improvements activities to improve processes and process flow.
5.Analyse investments.
6.Participate in Industrialization & New transfer projects.
7.Participate in cost reduction projects.
8.Specify processes for new / modified products and verify before transfer to production sites.
9.Make PPS (Product Process Specification).
10.Calculate line capacity and verify during factory launch.
11.Purchase and prepare new equipment/tools for industrilization projects.
12.Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
13.Do DFM work together with other sections
Requirement/qualification: eg. Degree, major, age, skill, working experience
Requirements
1.Minimum degree holder preferably of Mechanical, electrical/electronics engineering background from a recognised institute.
2.Experience in Product Process Engineering.
3.Knowledge in the product design and assembly process , DFT process , MTM etc
4.Experience in utilising AutoCad, Auto Cad light or Pro-E.
5.Good skills in English, written and spoken.
6.Have one year for trainee or as your thesis, master student preferred.
