We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as a Sales Assistant/ Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1.) Providing sales and administrative support to the Sales team 2.) Prepare & Follow up quotation, sales order & delivery schedule 3.) Coordinate and follow up orders with Sales and Overseas Customers on orders and timely shipment 4.) Handle customer orders and prepare documents for shipment/logistics arrangement 5.) Report sales team and follow full set of projects/documents 6.) Liaising with other departments, eg. Product Marketing, Operation & Manufacturing, on quality and specific requirements of customers 7.) Preparing promotional materials and exhibition in Hong Kong and/or overseas
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Matriculated or diploma holder, preferably in marketing or equivalent 2.) Experience in sales administration and/or customer services is more preferable 3.) Good commanding both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 4.) Proficiency in PC applications i.e. Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 5.) Arrange goods delivery schedule and sample handling 6.) Must be well-organized, self-motivated and hard working 7.) Able to follow up order independently 8.) Willing to work overtime
