Job Description:
-- B2B asset utilization support
-- Be able to work under minimum supervision
-- Training documents writing
-- May need to work at night shift

Job Requirements and skills required:
-- Good understanding of eCommerce business logic
-- Excellent problem solving skills
-- Excellent written and spoken English
-- Excellent communication skills
-- MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
-- Customer support experience is a plus
-- e-business or MIS background is a plus
