DESCRIPTION    

该项目是由通用电气(中国)有限公司组织的为期一天的培训互动活动.其旨在帮助学生挖掘
其领导潜能并为他们将来融入商业环境进行准备.学生在该活动中将得到通用电气公司提供
的领导能力指导和领导力项目经验分享.我们还将通过一系列的互动活动来教授学生许多个
人及职业发展所必须的关键技能.
This is a one-day workshop led by General Electric (GE), which is target to un
leash university students’ leadership potentials and better prepare them for 
the business world. 
During the workshop, professionals from GE will provide valuable advices to st
udents and to share with them leadership experiences within the company. On to
p of that, a series of interactive activities will be held to strengthen stude
nts’ understandings in leadership traits as well as essential skills and valu
es to succeed both professionally and personally.

Welcome to the 2007 GE Leadership Workshop!

You are invited to apply for a seat at the 2007 GE Leadership Workshop! This w
orkshop is a bridge to learn more about GE values and a chance to build your l
eadership traits.

The workshop is a one-day event that will consist of guest speeches (GE busine
ss CFOs, FMP graduates etc.), case studies and teambuilding activities, etc. P
articipants will build essential leadership skills through interactive; lectur
es and group interactions.

The workshop is also considered helpful step towards GE’s summer internship p
rogram.

Qualification/Requirement
- Open to students graduating in 2008
- Academic excellence 
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Self-confidence, strong analytical skills and exceptional communication skil
ls
- Any background welcome
