Job Summary & Objectives • Prepare, monitor and analyze monthly results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, etc....) for the region’s operations and consolidate other regions’ monthly results for reporting PRC monthly reports with consolidated variance analyses to HK Finance • Manage working capital and check accounts on a regular basis (accounts receivable management, inventory management, etc.) • Prepare year end closing on consolidated basis through coordination with finance managers for other regions and external auditors • Prepare annual budgets for the region with coordination with other functional departments and consolidate other regions’ budgets for reporting the PRC budgets to HK Finance • Direct communicate with HK Finance and other regions’ finance team to ensure adherence to consistent accounting policies • Directly liaise with insurance brokers, internal and external auditors, bankers and governmental bodies, like tax, SAFE & AIC, etc. • Assist Controller to formulate control procedures after proactive discussions with other functional departments and review the compliance of various operational and financial controls for the region • Conduct financial and operational audits on ad hoc basis
Experience: • CICPA qualification with strong exposure in tax matters • Experience in financial and operational controls for wholesale and retail of FMCG • Fluent written English skill
