Senior EMS Software Development Team Lead
Work Location：Hang Zhou

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product development and support of EMS system
- Analyze functional requirements and implement new features.
- Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables.

Qualifications:
- BS or MS in CS or related Engineering field.
- Java/J2EE, C++ or other Object Oriented development knowledge
- Be familiar with OOD/OOP and design pattern.
- Experience in the software development processes from high level design, functional spec, detail design, coding, and unit test plan.
- Be Familiar with DB(Oracle , Sqlserver)
- OSS,NMS,EMS experience will be preferred
- Be familiar with configuration management tool (such as Clearcase ,CVS, Subversion).

Responsibilities:
As a system validation Engineer, the successful candidates will participate in the requirement analysis, test strategy definition, test environment and test cases design and test execution for high resolution digital TV products (Cable, Satellite, IP)
- Participate in specification analysis, concept analysis, and investigate in measurable / testing technology for the products
- Participate in systems verification strategy and verification plan
- Develop the related test and verification cases based on product specifications, designing documents and standard rules in the area of digital television terminals
- Participate in system test and verification for products and analysis for testing coverage probability
- On-site custom support (on-site test, market conference and presale support)
- Participate in product certification (CAS, HDMI, USB, cable modem, EMC & Safety, life test…)
- To support product test and verification development with the related testing tools, e.g. analysis tool for data stream, auto test tool and auto test scripts, and so on
- Product competition analysis (products performance and functions)
Requirements:
• Bachelor/MS degree or above in Electrical or Communication engineering or Computer Science
• Solid background in digital communication theory and information theory.
• Above 2 years development or testing/validation experience on embedded IRD products.
• Professional experience on video encoding/coding techniques (MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, AVS, etc.) is a good plus.
• Good experience on Networks and Telecom area (Video of IP, IPTV…).
• Good experience on DHCP, TFTP/FTP, SNMP, and RTP… protocol is mandatory.
• Skilled in auto test script development, be familiar with Python, Perl, TCL, Java… any one of them is good plus.
• Good communication and fluent English are mandatory
