Desktop Support Roles and Responsibilities:

·Implementation and ongoing maintenance/support of all desktop-related IT  s 
ervices (e.g.,desktop,printers, mobile devices, etc.) of the Studio in a timel
 y and high-quality manner (includes timely and high-quality response and reso
l ution to all IT issues and outages)

·Implementation and ongoing maintenance/support of other infrastructure-relat
 ed IT services (e.g.,system software, servers, storage, network, etc.) of the
 Studio in a timely and high-quality manner(includes timely and high-quality r
e sponse and resolution to all IT issues and outages)

·Implementation and ongoing maintenance/support of IT backup/recovery procedu
 res with supporting toolset (where applicable)

·Development and maintenance/support of IT-related documentation for various 
services and solutions 

·Escalate un-resolved IT issues to higher level IT engineers. Keep good custo

mer satisfaction by   providing professional IT support service aligning 
with
EA’s IT process.

 Requirement:

·College degree or undergraduate.

·Good knowledge and experience on PC hardware, printer system, Windows system
 , Microsoft Office. 

·Knowledge and experience on Autodesk Maya, 3D Max, Photoshop will be a plus.



·Good communication skill. 

·Quick learner

 The intern shall work at EA 4 days/week at least, the whole period shall 
last almost 3 months
