B1 Support Consultant -Japanese Speaking

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a Support Consultant, your responsibilities will involve providing a variety of support services for the SAP Business One solution.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University education in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Language proficiency in Japanese and English is a must.
- Programming or IT-related experience.
- Enjoy and derive satisfaction from interfacing with customers.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-working abilities.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will support global customers in their use of the SAP Business One solution.You will be responsible for trouble-shooting and evaluating incoming problems. This will involve liaising with partners and customers to analyse technical and business issues. You will work as part of a global team to solve the issues and achieve customer satisfaction. The team will be aided by knowledge databases and a world-class support infrastructure.
