按理说，应届生符合要求的可能比较小，不过藏龙卧虎也说不定
如果读书期间一直做这个领域项目的话，条件不错，也会帮着推荐
要求不低，待遇自然是相匹配的


Responsibilities:
To support the user in defining the IS needs, in particular regarding the
MRP system
To propose a strategy of IS for CVT China to his GM, after having got the
inputs from all relevant people in the European units and HQ
To interface the European processes, people and tools during the
implementation of the system
To help implement the Sun system for finance and train the end user if
needed on how to use it
To proposes the IS-IT maintenance policy and make it happen
To supervise the IT support and make it as effective as possible

Requirements:

Knowledge and education
Computer science graduate
Perfect mastering of MRP and ERP functionalities

Experience
Successful experience of at least 3years with IS implementation
Experience of setting up new IS for MRP/ERP

Skills
Ability to discuss with users and translate their needs into a clear IS
functionality
Ability to work successful in multi-cultural environment, displaying
exceptional standards of teamwork
Rigor and organization
Ability to take initiative and make things happen
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
High degree of personal ethics and integrity
