职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for providing high quality customer driven service to over 34,000 employees across Global Resourcing, especially for users in China by addressing IT related queries efficiently and accurately.
2.To provide first level technical support wherever possible with the prime intention of reducing system downtime. Requirements:
1.Degree / Diploma holder in a Technical Environment from a reputed university or college
2.Ability to learn quickly transfer knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data.
3.Ability to speak and understand Chinese & English fluently, write business letters and reports, and have excellent conversational / telephone skills.
4.Sound Knowledge of MS office
5.Experience in Generating and interpreting MI
6.Previous Experience in a Technical Support Environment.
7.Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people
8.Flexibility to work on rotating shift,7*24*365 shift is required
