任职资格和要求:
-大学本科(含本科)以上学历;
-良好的倾听意识和理解能力,优秀的沟通技巧;
-能讲标准的普通话,吐字清晰
-通过大学英语六级或托福成绩500分以上,并且具有良好的听说读写能力;
-懂电脑基本操作,能熟练使用Office软件;
-具有积极有效的团队合作精神;
-可以适应5*24轮班工作。

Major Responsibility:
-Be part of a team dedicated to providing platform support and handling all aspects of the customer experience.
-Accept phone orders in case of online trading unavailable
-Handle incoming inquiries, complaints and client issues via phone and email
-Provide daily research reports on global FX, futures markets
Candidate Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
-Fluent Mandarin Chinese is a must
-CET-6 or more than 500 score on TOEFL, good English language ability (Oral, listening, reading and writing)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as general PC skills
-Ability to work effectively within a team
-Flexibility with regards to work hours and shift assignment is essential
