Key Responsibilities
主要职责：
·负责本部门行政事务工作，协助工程部总监做好与公司各部门的协调工作。
Responsible for departmental clerical work and assist Director of Engineering in coordinating with all departments.

·负责本部门上报文件的送签和来文来函的处理，公司发文和日常文件归档，起草对外函件以及报告。
·Responsible for the department documents authorizing and incoming documents transaction. Company issuing documents, draft of external letters and reports and daily files are also including.

·负责组织安排部门召开的会议，做好会务工作和记录、纪要。
·Responsible for departmental meeting organizing; mean while meeting record, summary and the things concerned are also within the duty.

·负责上报和跟踪装修改造酒店项目中所涉及的合同报批件和预付款报批件。
·Responsible for the documents authorizing and follow up all contracts proposal and the advance payment relay to hotel project fitment and reconstruction.

·完成领导交办的其他工作。
·Perform other tasks required by superior.

·熟悉集团安全，急救，消防措施，紧急程序和设备的安全操作。
·Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers

·主动采取措施缓解危机情势，并通知相关潜在危险的处理人。
·Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with company requirements

依照集团要求记录安全事故和意外事件。
