As an HR Staffing Specialist you'll concentrate on becoming expert in a specific aspect of hr, and act as the focal point in that discipline for country managers.
Your challenge will be to produce creative hr solutions to business needs, advising managers on how to get where they want to be from an hr perspective.
In addition to providing this consultancy, you'll also help to implement the business plans in line with global hr strategy and hp policies.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study Ideally professional HR qualifications Understanding of staffing is essential. Ideally working knowledge of labor laws and government regulations Basic competency with technology as it relates to Human Resources, and computer proficiency Project and/or program management ability Exceptional people skills Excellent communication skills Pragmatism and business awareness Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention Fluency in local language Ideally fluency in English
