Responsibilities
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for validaition of high-definition video and advanced audio set-top boxes, Blu-ray/HD-DVD players and recorders on Marvell silicons. His/her responsibilities will include but not be limited to - Be key members of a validation teams of validaiton engineers and technicians. - Implement test suites for digital entertainment platforms (software, hardware and silicon), follows the design from validation engineers. - Implement test automation systems, follows the design from validation engineers. - Eexecute validation and defect management activities, and help debugging, follows the plans from validation team leader.
Qualifications
The candidate must possess a College of Science degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science with 1+ year relevant expereince, or Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science with 1+ year relevant experience, or equivalent.
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in software/hardware validation is a must.
- Experience in high-definition video and advanced audio system is a plus.
- Application programming in embedded Linux or WindowsCE is a plus.
- Experinece in software/hardware validation automation is a plus.
- Interpersonal influence experience in multi-national company is a plus. (English and Mandarin)
