Located at the Warehouse in Shunyi, the role of the Admin Assistant is a general office support role to assist in the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse facility
-Duties/Responsibilities
• General administrative and clerical work – filing, typing, answering incoming telephone calls, mail, fax, etc
• Provide translation assistance to support office and warehouse operations

BOB is a joint venture company established by Olympic Broadcast Services (Host Broadcaster of the IOC) and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) to serve as the Host Broadcaster of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. As Host Broadcaster, BOB is responsible for producing and distributing impartial radio and television coverage throughout the Games, as well as providing additional facilities and services to the world’s Rights Holding Broadcasters who will descend on Beijing in 2008.
