Our company, Dion Wine Consulting Co., Ltd (Shanghai), is a newly 
established 
Marketing and consulting company specializing in imported wine and spirits 
market in China. Our company is a corporate member of the Australian 
Chamber of Commerce, and we facilitate global wine companies' entry and 
development in China. In the meantime, we also aim to teach the Chinese 
middle class about wine appreciation through our quality wine courses and 
wine related functions such as cocktail parties and wine tasting parties.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated persons to 
fulfill the following position: 
-   Personal Assistant for Business Development Manager

The main duties and responsibilities for this position include:

-   Providing translations and interpretations for the Business Development 
Manager (from Australia)
-   Identify potential business development opportunities through research
-   Arrange meetings with potential clients for the Business Development 
Manager
-   Responsible for company's media releases
-   Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with relevant 
media.

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following skills and 
attributes:
?   Excellent interpersonal skills
?   Intermediate to Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, 
PowerPoint)
?   Fluent English 
?   Polished phone manner
?   A flexible attitude to evolve with the role as you develop your 
marketing skills and take on further duties
?   Cold calling experience is preferred 
?   Language skill in French is also preferred.
