职位描述：
Basic Purpose:
-Plan and coordinate events and production of marketing materials to deliver Watson Wyatt as a leading Organization Transformation consulting firm.
-Assist Mainland China and Taiwan Marketing Manager with Marketing communication plan development and implementation to achieve business goals.
-Act as brand champion for Shenzhen and Guangzhou offices.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and schedule seminars/workshops assuring the timely development, proper venue and facilities for Shenzhen and Guangzhou offices.
-Participates in the implementation of Global CIS (customer information system) and keep the input data correct and updated in the Client Relationship Management system.
-Evaluate outside events for sponsorship and WW speaker arrangement to ensure the firm demonstrate her expertise in proper occasion.
-Handle media relationship and interview for Shenzhen and Guangzhou offices.
-Assist each practice (Human Capital Group, Benefit, Total Reward Survey) in relevant client meetings and events.
-Perform Marketing Communication duties as assigned.
Key Competencies:
-Take lead in developing training or promoting the implementation of events, seminars and process internally. Ability to get things done through others.
-Capability to develop seminars/events relevant to current hot issues.
-Basic marketing knowledge and activity implementation skills; HR knowledge is a definite asset.
-Develop the understanding of market; provide data analysis support with limited supervision and some interpretation of findings for marketing work.
-Proactively problem solving.
-Planning ahead and well-organized; innovative, Enthusiasm, and willing to communicate.
