Roles & Responsibilities:
- Offering basic Account Management services for members of Microsoft Partner programs
- Offering monthly customer feedback, satisfaction and planning meetings to determine how best to support their partners experience
- Proactively contact partners and leverage Microsoft resources to technically enable partners
- Engage into important projects with partners and offer assistance to help partners to win
Qualifications:
- MCSE, MCSA or other Microsoft Premier certification(s) in the technologies supported
- Experience and cultural awareness in working with international partners and delivery teams
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
