职位描述: Roles & Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support to Asia Pacific region premier and professional customers
-Use trace analysis and other sophisticated tools to analyze problems and develop solutions
-Manage relationships with multiple customers, Technical Account Managers, Critical Problem Resolutions and other internal MS resources
-Provide pre-emptive support through Knowledge Base, technical articles and sample programs.
Qualifications:
-Working experience and skills on SQL Server (or other RDBMS) database management and development
-Experience on building Microsoft DNA2000 and .NET based solutions, including IIS/ASP, COM+, and SQL Server
-Knowledge on Windows Operation System administrator and programming
-Good development skills on C++ / .NET; knowledge in SDK would be an advantage; Good understanding on network: TCP/IP & HTTP
-Some experience in Web/Browser, Enterprise Application Integration project would be an advantage
-Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
-Speaking Cantonese is a plus
