职位描述: ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible to manage any technical/quality aspect related to Suppliers. He/she is in charge to qualify new Suppliers, carry out periodic audits to verify compliance with qualification requirements, carry out RCA and CA in case of escaping defects in order to avoid reoccurrence. All activities have in tight relationship with other functions and Suppliers
The SQE is also responsible to properly address the Suppliers Deviation Requests and manage the on the job inspections according to the agreed Quality Control Plans.
Main goal is to continuously improve the Suppliers Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated Cost of Quality, according the relevant metrics in place.
In specific, Electrical Commodity requires experience in the following products:
-Mdium voltage electric motors
-Eectric generators
-Tansformers
-Pwer switches and power panels
-Oher electrics equipment
The role requires leadership, knowledge of technical aspects, passion for improvement, understanding of manufacturing technology for the products above, structured data driven mindset, intellectual rigor-accuracy, communication capabilities both internally with different functions and externally with suppliers and also Customers.
The Electrical SQE will have assigned a fleet of Suppliers and will be in charge to assure the respect of the requested quality level.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Electrical Engineering Degree
- Strong to technical expertise
- Communications capabilities to work in a cross-functional environment
- Self organization, planning, and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of Oil & Gas products
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel
DESIRED:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Fluent in Italian and French
