HR & Staffing (Recruitment) Assistant – Intern (Asia Pacific) Job Description: Staffing (Recruitment) Specialist Area 1. Staffing Projects: - Staffing co-souring project - Hot skill recruitment - Staffing enhancement project: staffing scorecard; employee referral program; staffing audit - Vendor standardization and improvement - University relation development - Staffing functional excellence: HON Interview Guide; Staffing Handbook - Staffing market intelligence 2. Staffing Operations: - Responsible for recruitment activities, job advertising, screening candidate s, schedule interviews, interview and shortlist candidates, offer delivery - Manage Honeywell staffing system – e-Talent - Liaison with staffing vendors, including job boards, newspaper and consultin g companies (headhunting company) - Participate in university recruitment - Other jobs as required HR Generalist Area 1. Strategic HR - Help to prepare annual HR Strategic Planning - Talent acquisition: - Follow up with ISC Leadership Development program progress - Participate in talent acquisition activities - Prepare internal talent acquisition process - Follow up with China NEO process deployment - Talent management / leadership development - Prepare accurate functional MRR report - Prepare Tier II Leaders & key talents individual development plan, integrate RLDP, EFS, LSW into the development plan - Follow up with all retention & development plan based on MRR review - Schedule all Bi-monthly 1:1 sessions with Tier II leaders and key talents - Follow up with HPD completion, drive 98% completion for 2006/7 cycle - Consolidate annual training & learning plan - Benchmark compensation competitiveness, manage Mercer compensation system; D esign compensation package - Organization effectiveness - Maintain functional Organization charts on a monthly basis - Develop and facilitate culture building activities, e.g., APAC family day - Help to follow up with PER action plans - Help to deploy One-Honeywell programs, e.g., new Branding, Integrity, Busine ss Conduct & Compliance, etc - Support all CoE projects as necessary 2.
