Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing a qualified and diverse candidate pool by searching resume databases , job boards and other recruiting events Ensuring hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally Managing candidate process and acting as a candidate advocate Evaluating skill level, managing offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines Negotiating offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, and other Improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates , new hires, and hiring managers Continuously following up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met Compiling and updating reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
