position1 : JP HR Assistant

position2:  JP Translator

position3:  En Translator

These position are FTE H/C.

Position1 : Japanese HR Assistant 

Reponsibilities: 
- Provide secretarial assistance to recruiting .e.g. interview arrangement.  
- Set up and maintain systematic and complete employee personnel files, update on a regular basis. 
- Support the HR Dept in staffing, offering and orientation organization, as well as formalizing internal practices and process. 
-Assistant to finish check-in &check-out process for intern.
- Undertake other assigned administrative tasks. 
Requirements: 
- College graduate, major in Human Resource or Japanese language. 
- work experience in HR role with a multinational company is prefered. 
- Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin.Strong Japanese communication skill is must.. 
- Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skill. 
- Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability. 
- An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high pressure. 
- High attentive to detail with a sharp eye for consistency and efficiency. 
- With a keen sense of customer service, help ensure to meet high expectations.
- At least 4 work days every week.

Position2: Japanese Translator 

Reponsibilities: 
- Translate technical information in web from Japanese to Chinese.   
- Undertake other assigned tasks. 
Requirements: 
- Bachelor graduate. 
- Work experience in Translator ,especially paper translator from JP to CN is prefered. 
- Good communication skills both in Japanese and Mandarin. Strong Japanese communication skill is must. JPT I is at least 
- Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skill. 
- Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability. 
- An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high pressure. 
- High attentive to detail with a sharp eye for consistency and efficiency. 
- With a keen sense of customer service, help ensure to meet high expectations

Position3: English Translator 

Reponsibilities: 
- Translate technical information in web from Chinese to English.   
- Undertake other assigned tasks. 
Requirements: 
- Bachelor graduate. 
- Work experience in Translator ,especially paper translator from CN to EN is prefered. 
- Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin. Strong English communication skill is must. TEM 4 is at least 
- Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skill. 
- Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability. 
- An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high pressure. 
- High attentive to detail with a sharp eye for consistency and efficiency. 
- With a keen sense of customer service, help ensure to meet high expectations.
