Mechanical Engineer – Internship × 2           

Job Description:

1.	Create fixture/tooling structures to first prove the feasibility, and final
ly the practicality of the approach being followed to meet the design goals. 

2.	Carries out analysis and evaluations of successive version of hardware to e
nsure that fundamentals are fully understood, basic problems are solved and th
at the design is sufficiently robust to avoid future problems due to expected 
variations in component/environmental parameters.
3.	Ensures that all documentation is accomplished and in proper form including
 any important component specifications.
4.	Work with internal team to bring new fixtures / toolings into production.

Qualification:

&#8226;	Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related scientific disci
pline.
&#8226;	Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
&#8226;	Theoretically analyze the system requirement and translate that into d
esign spec. Depth theory of mechanical or material science is preferred. Knowl
edge of part fabrication and tolerancing.
&#8226;	Have some knowledge on tooling/fixture design;
&#8226;	Demonstrate good interpersonal skill. Ability to communicate needs, pl
ans and achievements.
&#8226;	Demonstrate analytical problem solving skills.
