Qualifications:

?           College Graduate with major in HRM or English

?           Fluent Oral and Written English

?           Quick learner and smart, and should have the sense of confidentiality

Skills:

?           Skillful in Excel operations and other office software

?           Independent and customer service oriented

?           Able to perform multi-task under pressure

Knowledge:

?           General understanding of social benefit and payroll processes

?           Basic understanding of Human resource initiatives

Responsibilities:

?           Payroll Administration assistance (PIMS—Hospital Information System checking, and data entry)

?           Reimbursement form collection, registration, and distribution, updates records in allowance system

?           Maintains Human Resources database and coordinates with HR team for all employees’ personnel information, HR documents and correspondence filings, etc.

?           Assists payroll team with expatriate management including: lease agreement renewal, registration, rental payment requests

?           Time sheet preparation

?           Interacting with other departments to ensure all payments are accurate and on time

?           Attends a variety of meetings as required

?           Other ad-hoc work related to supporting HR department in Beijing.
