职位描述: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A.Develops and administrates company policies, HR manual and policy
B.Assists in the whole recruitment process and participates in the interviewing process of staffs below Manager level.
C.Compiles and maintains up to date personnel records – both manually or through computerized HR system, and personal documents, such as org charts, job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters.
D.Conducts monthly payroll process prepares all the payroll reports to C&B team.
E.Develop employees relationship
F.Develop and Administrates supplementary employee benefits through commercial service channels, such as insurance company
G.Liaison with Employment Service Agency for government required employment process.
I.Provides expatriates services, such as process application formalities re work permit, residency, visa extension and etc. for expatriates and their spouses.
J.Assist HR manager in developing employee performance management system & implement
K.Assist HR manager to set up and implement company training plan
L.Administrate training records, keeps training records manually and through HR system, and analyze the training effectiveness.
M.Conduct employee communication programs
N.Deputize HR Manager during his/her absence
O.In the absence of the manager, assist in directing correspondence, communications, or assignments to the most appropriate staff member
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A.Excellent analytical ability in order to make concise decisions and prioritize activities
B.Excellent PC-based communications skills.Excellent written communications skills (composition, grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.)Well organized, methodical.
C.Experience in establishing systems for time and document managementKnowledge of company organization and business, to assure proper flow of communicationsAbility to interface amiably and professionally with people of different levels and backgrounds
D.Extreme versatility required as well as willingness to work extended hours when necessary
E.Excellent spoken and written command of Chinese and English language
F.Strong written and oral communication skills
G.Excellent hands-on PC-based computer skills: word-processing; spreadsheets; databases; presentations
H.Experience working in high-performance, quality-oriented, team-based workplaces.
I.Demonstrated record of stability and commitment in previous work experience.
J.Desire to learn new technical knowledge and management approaches.
