The Software QA manager and technical lead that will be responsible for successfully leading the testing effort of several new software products under development. The candidate must be self driven with deep understanding of test automation, QA process and must possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Lead QA projects through estimation, test case writing, test automation, test execution, reporting and post mortem.
Work with US-based team to provide QA leadership in a test effort that will heavily leverage automated testing.
Work collaboratively with development to automate the majority of the test cases.
Manage the QA staff and mentor junior QA engineers
Participate in requirements, functional and design spec reviews of new features converting them to comprehensive test specifications for manual and automated test cases
in multiple configurations.
Contribute to the development of organization's goals and objectives.
