Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in solving real customer issues and enabling our partners to ship new products every few months? The Solutions Team is trying to set up an engineering center through ATC, being responsible for delivering complete CSF-based solutions to the operators all over the world in the field of communications. The solutions we provide will enable consumers to use Microsoft products with great ease on their mobile phones or through their home broad band Internet connections. You'll have an exciting opportunity to contribute and coordinate shipping projects that will help Microsoft provide "software as services".
Responsibilities for this position include:
1.Driving and contributing the documentation area and process of the CS Solutions team funded projects at ATC. This includes communicating closely with the Redmond based Solutions team and Microsoft internal partners, as well as ATC based PM, development and test team, delivering documentation to the solutions with high quality and timeliness.
2.Become familiar with the Solutions Team's future product plans and gaining experience in TeleCom fields, helping to help feature PMs to drive successful customer experience.
Qualifications for this position include:
1.Passionate about understanding, managing and satisfying customer expectations. Excellent people skills even when working under pressure.
2.You should have experience using typical user assistance authoring tools and/or a willingness to learn new tool sets. Your knowledge and understanding of xml and web publishing is a plus.Another pus is your ability to work in a very team oriented, dynamic environment.
3.Excellent English spoken and written communication skills, in both technical and business areas.
4.Familiar with IT audience requirements and interests; technical familiarity with networking, communication industry, etc as well as the ability to follow and understand specifications for technical features and communicate them to the appropriate audiences.
5.Experience servicing in Telecom industry is a big plus.
