职位描述：
LOCATION: Shanghai, Xinzhuang

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
To handle the processes of trade by handling purchase orders, following up shipment and ensuring payment on the due date. Excellent customer service standard is required to be provided to both external and internal customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect purchase order from distributors, sales and our customers in China;
- Prepare sales contracts and other documents necessary, follow up all shipments, quotation requests;
- Check stock and input orders in SAP system;
- Coordinate with distributors, sales, customers and our headquarter to ensure customer requested delivery date could be met, and products could be cleared from the custom;
- Oversee stock situation in bonded warehouse in Shanghai to ensure sufficient stock;
- Coordinate Korean orders via bonded warehouse in Shanghai;
- Provided updated monthly sales report for China to responsible persons;
- Refer telephone / e-mails enquiries to responsible sales persons in China;
- Provided excellent customer service for both external and internal customers;

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Chemicals or alike;
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must;
- Experience in customer service, order processing, import/export trading is preferred;
- Customer orientation, polite and patient;
- Comprehensive competencies in order management, import/export of goods;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Active and willing to learn;
- Team player;
