职位描述：
Context and scope of the position
-Assist General Manager and all ECL Shanghai departments:
travel and accommodation organization (including for all customers or ECL France visitors)
translations
office and safety equipment supplies,
-Organize special events :
seminars for ECL or for ALCAN
company events,
-Work in relation with Spare Parts department for back-office work :
record customer RFQs in the system
prepare RFQs to suppliers
prepare offers
prepare monthly performance indicators
Professional contacts
Internal
-All the team of ECL Shanghai (General Manager, sales department, technical department, purchasing department)
External
-ECL France, ALCAN visitors, travel agent, hotels around China, ECL Chinese customers
Profile
Education / Professional competencies and other
-Associate or Bachelor
-Studies in English, Administration, International Business
Experience
-Some experience in a foreign-invested company or some working experience with foreigners
-Experience as Executive assistant and/or as Sales assistant would be a plus
